不同降温方式对野生黑腹果蝇麻醉与复苏的影响

摘 要：
黑腹果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)是葡萄、草莓等水果的主要害虫而且分布广泛。为探索不同降温方式对野生黑腹果蝇的麻醉与复苏状态的影响,采用4种不同的降温处理培养野生黑腹果蝇。观察野生黑腹果蝇种群的麻醉状态以及复苏时间,进行统计分析。结果表明:不同降温方式培养的野生黑腹果蝇麻醉与活力复苏时间的影响差异显著。每隔2℃的逐渐降温形式对野生黑腹果蝇麻醉时间最短,复苏时间最短,活力恢复比例最高。

摘 要：
The Drosophila melanogaster Meigen was important pest for grape and strawberry in China. The anaesthesia time and resuscitation population of Drosophila were observed and investigated with four kinds of cooling methods in the lab in order to study the effects of anaesthesia and resuscitation by cooling wild Drosophila melanogaster. The results showed that the effects of anaesthesia and resuscitation were obviously different in fostering wild Drosophila melanogaster by different cooling methods.The anaesthesia time and resuscitation were the shortest and the percentage of dynamic recovery were the highest by interval 2 ℃ cooling in fostering wild Drosophila melanogaster.
