对换档离合器快速排油阀启闭性能进行了分析,并对快速排油阀进行优化设计以使阀的开启和关闭时间最短,实现离合器的迅速分离,减小摩擦片磨损,同时使离合器的接合时间受驾驶员的控制,提高其操纵灵敏度。

Based on the analyses to the open and close characteristics of fast oil-drain valve in gear-shifting clutch, an optimum design for having shortest open and close time to disengage the clutch rapidlyand rduce wear ate of the friction plate, and for the clutch engage time being controlled to improve the oper-ating sensitivity has been carried out.
