犬猫的恶性组织细胞瘤和淋巴瘤的病理学诊断

摘 要：
采用WHO肿瘤最新分类方法,对临床上犬和猫的恶性组织细胞瘤及淋巴瘤进行病理学分析.通过石蜡切片的常规染色(HE染色)、免疫组织化学方法及基因重排等方法进行组织学鉴定.1例病犬的病理学检查结果为肿瘤细胞核仁明显,体积较大,免疫组织化学结果 Vim、Lys、CD68及α-抗糜蛋白酶(α-AT)呈阳性;对CK、EMA及S-100呈阴性,依据2013版WHO对软组织肿瘤最新分类方法该病例被诊断为中间性恶性纤维组织细胞瘤;根据免疫组化及Ig H基因重排分析,依据2008版WHO造血及淋巴组织分类标准另1例病犬诊断为皮肤非亲皮性淋巴瘤.3例病猫的病理学检查结果分别为:1例经细胞标记的免疫组化分析,Vim、Lys呈强阳性,被诊断为恶性纤维组织细胞瘤;1例经免疫组化分析CD3、颗粒酶B和MPO均为阳性,诊断为慢性嗜酸粒细胞白血病;经免疫组化分析Pax5、CD79a为阳性表达,CD3、Ig G为阴性表达,结合2008年WHO造血及淋巴组织分类鉴别为结外黏膜相关淋巴组织边缘带B细胞淋巴瘤.

摘 要：
Pathological analysis of malignant histiocytoma and clinical lymphoma in dogs and cats were classified by the WHO classification methods 2013.It can be used for histological identification through HE staining,immunohistochemistry and gene rearrangement.The pathological examination of the1 dog case showed obvious nucleoli and large size of tumor cell.With the Immunohistochemical analysis,the Vim,Lys,CD68 and α-AT expressions were positive and CK,EMA and S-100 expressions were negative.According to the WHO classification methods of soft tissue tumors 2013 this dog case was diagnosed as intermediate malignant fibrous histiocytoma. Another dog case was diagnosed as Cutaneous nonepitheliotropic lymphoma according to the Immunohistochemical analysis and Ig H gene rearrangement.The pathological examination of the 3 cat cases showed that 1 case was diagnosed as malignant histiocytoma with positive for Vim and Lys,another case was diagnosed as chronic eosinophilic leukemia with positive for CD3,Ganymede B and MPO.According to the Immunohistochemical analysis,the Pax5 and CD79 a expressions were positive and CD3,Ig G expressions were negative,the third cat case was diagnosed as extranodal mucosa-associated peripheral b-cell lymphoma of lymphoid tissue which classified by the WHO classification method of hematopoietic and lymphatic histology 2008.
