不同物候期苦马豆生殖构件及生殖分配的研究

摘  要:
通过对塔克拉玛干沙漠外缘绿洲区中苦马豆种群地上部分各构件数量、生物量、能值和营养成分的测定,旨在揭示不同物候期苦马豆种群生殖构件特征及生殖分配规律。结果表明:(1)随物候期的变化,苦马豆生殖分配逐渐升高,在成熟期达到最高(40.75%);叶和茎生物量分配都随物候期而降低。(2)营养构件数量特征的表型可塑性普遍低于生殖分配,生殖分配表形可塑性随物候期而逐渐下降。(3)生殖构件各性状与其相关性状呈现出线性和幂函数正相关关系,其中以线性关系为主。(4)花(荚果)中能值和营养元素分配都随物候期而增加,在成熟期后占主要比例。总体上,苦马豆有性生殖构件中生物量、能值和营养物质分配是随着物候期而增加的,与营养构件间存在相互竞争和促进的关系。

摘  要:
Our objective was to study the reproductive module traits and reproductive allocation pattern of Sphaerophysa salsula( Pall.) DC in different phenological stages. In the oasis around Taklimakan desert,we collected the aboveground biomass of S. salsula in the budding stage,flowering stage,podding stage,maturity stage respectively,and analysed its qualitative traits,the content of dry matter,energy,N,P and K of different modules. The results showed that:( 1) With the change of phonological stage,the reproductive allocation of biomass increased gradually,and the maximum existed in the mature stage( 40. 75%); while in leaf and stem they declined.( 2) The phenotypic plasticity of vegetative modules were generally lower than that of reproductive modules,the latter decreased with the phonological stage.( 3) The characters of reproductive modules and its concerned characters showed positive linear or power correlation,and the predominant correlation was linear.( 4) The allocation of energy and nutritive element in flowers( pods) were increased with the phonological stage,and showed dominant proportion in the maturity stage. Totally,the allocation of biomass,energy and nutritive element in reproductive modules of S. salsula were enhanced along the the phonological stage,and showed competitive and coordinate relationship with the vegetative modules.
