摘要：

信息技术的快速发展,为图书馆服务创新提供了很大的发展空间,借助移动信息技术的手机短消息服务已经普遍实施。在阐述短消息服务系统的实现模式与结构特点基础上,详细论述了图书馆用户服务得以有效扩展和创新的内容和方式,并以国内外手机无线上网的实例对移动信息技术在未来图书馆服务中的应用予以展望。

摘要：

The rapid development of information technology has provided a lot of room for the development of library service innovation.With the help of mobile information technology,mobile phone short message service has been widely implemented.The article described the structural characteristics and realization patterns of the short message service system,and expounded the content and ways of library user service innovation.The article gives examples of wireless Internet access for mobile phones,and looks forward to the application of mobile information technology in library services in the future.
