水稻抗稻瘟病SSH-cDNA抗性文库中差异表达基因的鉴定及分析

摘  要:
[目的]鉴定、分析水稻抗稻瘟病SSH-cDNA文库中的差异表达基因。[方法]以接种稻瘟菌小种E1的水稻品种吉粳88和四丰43为材料,构建SSH-cDNA文库,随机挑选138个阳性克隆测序并进行Blast比对分析。[结果]聚类后得到78条非冗余ESTs,其中18条(23.1%)未找到同源性匹配,12条(15.4%)与未知功能蛋白同源性较高;其余48条与已知功能蛋白同源性较高。[结论]该研究可为控制和防治稻瘟病提供新的理论和途径。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to identify and analysis expression of special genes resistant to Magnaporthe grisea in SSH-cDNA library of rice.[Method] With Jijing 88 and Sifeng 43 as materials,SSH-cDNA library was constructed.A total of 138 positive clones were randomly chosen from the SSH-cDNA library and compared sequences with BLAST.[Result] 78 expressed sequence tags(ESTs) were acquired.Protein homology search in nr-protein database revealed that 18 ESTs(23.1%)were no homologous with proteins in NCBI,and in the high homologous proteins 12 ESTs(15.4%) with unknown function,48 with known function.[Conclusion] The study will provide new theory and pathway for controlling M.grisea.
