酵母铬对热应激肉鸡生长性能和血清生化指标的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究不同添加水平酵母铬对热应激肉鸡生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。选用15日龄AA肉仔鸡216只,随机分为6个处理,在基础日粮中分别添加0(对照)、1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0、5.0 mg/kg铬,每个处理3个重复,每个重复12只鸡,试验期4周,测定15~28 d、29~42 d、15~42 d的日增重、饲料消耗和饲料转化效率以及28、42 d血清葡萄糖、总蛋白、总胆固醇含量和肌酸激酶活性。结果表明,日粮补铬3.0、4.0和5.0 mg/kg显著提高了热应激肉鸡日增重、饲料消耗和饲料转化效率(P<0.05),其中,3.0 mg/kg铬添加水平极显著提高了热应激肉鸡29~42 d的饲料转化效率和15~42 d的日增重、饲料转化效率(P<0.01)。28 d时,4.0 mg/kg铬添加组显著提高了血清总蛋白含量(P<0.05),3.0、4.0、5.0 mg/kg铬添加组显著降低了血清肌酸激酶活性(P<0.05);42 d时,日粮补铬2.0、3.0 mg/kg使血糖含量显著下降(P<0.05),3.0、4.0 mg/kg铬添加水平对血清总蛋白、总胆固醇含量产生显著影响(P<0.05),5.0 mg/kg铬添加组血清肌酸激酶活性显著下降(P<0.05)。因此,酵母铬可以使热应激肉鸡血清中葡萄糖、总胆固醇含量和肌酸激酶活性下降,使血清总蛋白含量上升。酵母铬能改善热应激肉鸡的生长性能,以3.0 mg/kg铬添加水平效果最佳。

摘  要:
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of chromium yeast(CrY) on growth performance and serum biochemical parameters in heat stressed broilers.Two hundred and sixteen Arbor Acres(AA) broilers at the age of 15 d were selected and divided into six treatments with 3 replicates of 12 chicks in each replicate.Six treatments were supplemented with 0,1.0,2.0,3.0,4.0 and 5.0 mg/kg chromium in the basal diets respectively.The experiment lasted for four weeks.The effects of chromium yeast on daily gain,feed consumption,feed/gain during 15~28 d,29~42 d,15~42 d and the contents of glucose(GLU),total protein(TP),total cholesterol(TC) in serum,the activity of serum creatine kinase(CK) at the age of 28,42 d were studied.The results showed that supplemental Cr levels of 3.0,4.0,5.0 mg/kg influenced significantly on daily gain,feed consumption,feed/gain(P<0.05),in which supplemental Cr level of 3.0 mg/kg increased significantly daily gain during 15~42 d(P<0.01) and reduced significantly feed/gain during 29~42 d,15~42 d(P<0.01).At the age of 28 d,the content of serum TP was increased significantly when supplemental Cr level was 4.0 mg/kg(P<0.05),and the activities of serum CK were reduced significantly when supplemental Cr levels were 3.0,4.0,5.0 mg/kg(P<0.05).At the age of 42 d,the contents of serum GLU were reduced significantly when supplemental Cr levels were 2.0,3.0 mg/kg(P<0.05);the contents of serum TP were increased significantly when supplemental Cr levels were 3.0,4.0 mg/kg(P<0.05);the contents of serum TC were reduced significantly when supplemental Cr levels were 3.0,4.0 mg/kg(P<0.05);and the activity of CK was reduced significantly when supplemental Cr level was 5.0 mg/kg(P<0.05).It was concluded that CrY could reduce the contents of GLU,TC in serum and the activity of serum CK,and increase the content of TP in serum.CrY could improve growth performance in heat stressed broilers,and the optimal supplemental level of chromium was 3.0 mg/kg.
