赤眼鳟人工繁殖技术研究

摘  要:
于2003年12月至2006年5月,在浙江湖州进行了赤眼鳟池塘培育和规模化人工繁殖试验。结果表明:以粗蛋白含量大于22%的配合饲料和紫萍为饵料,经6个月池塘培育,大部分1龄个体的性腺已基本成熟,2龄个体性腺成熟率达100%;池塘培育的1龄赤眼鳟的绝对怀卵量为(7.07±0.43)×104粒,相对怀卵量457.0,成熟系数23.0%。2龄赤眼鳟的绝对怀卵量为(12.18±0.89)×104粒,相对怀卵量233.5,成熟系数13.3%;拉网等应急剌激对亲鱼产卵有明显影响,每口培育塘繁殖次数不宜超过2次;赤眼鳟人工繁殖宜1次注射、自然产卵,雌鱼适宜剂量为1 000 IU HCG+10μg LRH-A/kg,雄鱼减半,雌雄亲鱼比应控制在7/4以内;浙北地区的人工催产时间在5月底至6月初、水温稳定在22℃以上时为宜。经池塘培育的2龄亲鱼的催产率95.9%、受精率75.3%~88.4%、孵化率86.6%~94.1%。

摘  要:
Trials on pond brood fish cultivation and artificial propagation in large scale of Squaliobarbus curriculus were carried out in Huzhou of Zhejiang Province during the period from December of 2003 to May of 2006.After cultured in pond with formula feed(over 22% of crude protein) and Spirodela polyrhiza for 6 months,most of one-year-old fish were observed to be ready for reproduction with almost fully developed gonads.Fish of two-year-old were found to be of 100% sexual maturing with well-developed gonads.The average absolute fecundity of one-year-old fish was 70,700 eggs,the average relative fecundity 457.0,and maturing coefficient 23.0%.The average absolute fecundity of two-year-old fish was 121,800 eggs,the average relative fecundity 233.5,and maturing coefficient 13.3%.Since the stress caused by brood fish catching operation with trawling nets had much impact on the egg-laying activities,the number of brood catching operations in a pond should be no not over 2.Hormone administration by one injection and natural mating and ovulating proved to be important for the success of artificial propagation.The proper hormone dosage for the female was 1 000 IU HCG + 10 μg LRH-A/ kg fish weight,and the half for the male.The sexual ratio of female to male must be not over 7 to 4.The suitable season of induction in the northern region of Zhejing Province was between the late of May and the early of June,when the water temperatures were stable at 22 ℃ and above.The induced ovulating rate,egg fertilizing rate and hatchability reached to 95.9%,75.3%-88.4% and 86.6%-94.1% respectively when two-year-old fish rearing in ponds were used as the parent fish.
