不同放牧方式对蒙古高原典型草原土壤种子库的影响

摘  要:
对中蒙两国典型草原土壤种子库物种组成、密度、多样性进行了比较,并探讨了地上植被与土壤种子库间的相似性关系。结果表明,四季游牧(FSNG)和两季轮牧(TSRG)下单子叶和多年生植物种多于四季轮牧(FS-RG)和定居放牧(SG);FSRG和SG土壤种子库密度明显低于FSNG和TSRG,并且与FSNG间达到极显著差异(P<0.01),FSNG与TSRG间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。多样性指数、丰富度指数和优势度指数变化趋势在不同放牧方式间相同,排序为FSNG>TSRG>FSRG>SG,均匀度指数排序相反。说明内蒙古草原上由于牲畜的过度采食和践踏,草原植被退化严重,种子库物种多样性、丰富度逐渐减少,物种均匀度指数提高。不同放牧方式间土壤种子库物种相似性系数以FSNG和TSRG最大,FSRG、SG与FSNG、TSRG间土壤种子库物种相似性系数较小。地上植被和土壤种子库间相似性分析结果显示,FSNG、TSRG、FSRG、SG的地上植被与土壤种子库相似性指数分别为0.323、0.351、0.511、0.500,表明草原植被退化越严重,地上植被与土壤种子库的相似性指数越高。

摘  要:
The species,density and diversity of soil seed bank in typical steppe in Inner Mongolia of China were compared with that of Mongolia,and the relationship between soil seed bank and vegetation was discussed.The results showed that species of monocotyledons and perennial under four season nomadic grazing(FSNG),two season rotation grazing(TSRG) were more than four season rotation grazing(FSRG) and settlement grazing(SG).Densities of soil seed bank under FSRG and SG were lower than FSNG and TSRG.There was a very significant difference between FSNG and other grazing system,and significant difference between FSNG and TSRG.Sorts of Shannon-wiener,Margalef and Simpson indexes under the different grazing system were FSNG> TSRG>FSRG>SG.Pielou index was contrary to diversity index.Vegetation was seriously degraded,diversity of soil seed bank was decreased,which leaded to increasing Pielou index in Inner Mongolia steppe due to livestock continual feeding and trampling.Similarity coefficient of soil seed bank between FSNG and TSRG was the highest.The analysis results of similarity between soil seed bank and vegetation revealed that similarity coefficients under FSNG,TSRG,FSRG and SG were 0.323,0.351,0.511,0.500,and that similarity coefficient between soil seed bank and vegetation was higher,when vegetation was more degraded.
