新时代绿色消费法治建设的路径分析

摘  要：
绿色消费发展是经济高质量发展阶段满足我国人民日益增长的美好生活消费需要的基本要求,需从法治层面予以保障。现行绿色消费法律制度在权利机制、法律义务与责任机制等方面存在不足之处。完善绿色消费法律制度体系需坚持人民主体地位,贯彻平衡发展与充分发展理念。我国推进绿色消费法治建设,需结合实际情况,完善绿色消费法律制度,以满足经济高质量发展和绿色消费发展的需求。

摘  要：
The development of green consumption is the basic requirement to meet the growing consumption needs of Chinese people in the stage of high-quality economic development, which needs to be guaranteed from the legal level. The current legal system of green consumption has deficiencies in the right mechanism, legal obligation and responsibility mechanism. To improve the legal system of green consumption, we should adhere to the people′s dominant position and implement the concept of balanced development and full development. In order to promote the legal construction of green consumption in China, it is necessary to improve the legal system of green consumption in combination with the actual situation, so as to meet the needs of high-quality economic development and green consumption development.
