浅析甘蔗糖厂硫熏强度测定的影响因素

摘  要:
硫熏强度是指蔗汁在硫熏中和过程中吸收的二氧化硫的量,是亚硫酸法糖厂衡量硫熏中和效果的一个重要指标。硫熏强度的高低对后工序的清汁质量有很大的影响。目前糖厂检测硫熏强度的分析方法均是采用直接碘量法,但受样本变化大以及碘液在滴定中特殊性,硫熏强度的分析误差比较大。因此,找出影响硫熏强度测定的因素很有必要。

摘  要:
Sulfitation intensity refers to the sugar cane juice in the sulfur smoked sulfur dioxide absorption and the process capacity,is Sulfitation Sugar Mill measure sulfitation neutralization effect is an important index. There is a great influence of Sulphur Fumigation of high and low intensity of post process of clear juice quality. The current analysis method for sugar detection sulfitation intensity is using direct iodimetry,but changes by the sample and iodine solution in the titration of particularity,error analysis of sulfitation intensity is relatively large. Therefore,to find out the influence factors of determination of sulfur smoked intensity is very necessary.
