太阳能辅助加热沼气池自动控制系统设计

摘  要:
沼气作为一种清洁的新能源,目前在我国使用越来越广泛。沼气池中的发酵温度对沼气的产气效率有决定性的影响,但在冬天或者高纬度寒冷地区沼气发酵池中的温度较低,不能满足沼气合适的发酵温度。为此,使用太阳能辅助加热系统,来提高沼气池中的发酵温度,取得较高的产气效率。该系统使用太阳能集热板收集热量,DS18B20采集温度,单片机进行沼气池温度控制。整个控制系统结构简单,易于实现,操作方便,具有很好的推广价值和环保效应。

摘  要:
Biogas as a new clean energy sources has been more and more widely applied in China.Fermentation temperature in the biogas digester have a decisive impact on the efficiency of the gas production of biogas.However,due to the low temperature in cold areas in winter or high latitudes lower temperature,production rate of biogas digester is too low.Solar assisted heating system has been used to improve the fermentation temperature in the biogas digester and achieve higher efficiency of the gas production.The system uses solar heatcollection plate to colllect heat,DS18B20 to sample temperature,and the microcontroller to control the temperature of biogas digester.The structure of the whole control system is simple.The implementation of the system is easy andoperable.The system has a good popularization value and environmental effect.
