三种烟草属植物的核型分析

摘  要:
对三种烟草属植物进行了核型分析。粘烟草N.glutinosa L.为二倍体,其核型可简式为:2n=24=10M+10m+4sm(2SAT);内索菲拉烟草N.nesophila Johnston和斯托克通氏烟草N.stocktonii Brandegee可能均为双二倍体,其核型简式,前者为2n=48=6M+20m(2SAT)+18sm+4st,后者为2n=48=14M+12m+18sm+4st。对供试材料的染色体基数、倍性及随体等问题进行了初步讨论。

摘  要:
The karyotypes of 3 species in Nicotiana L. (N. glutinosa L. , N. ntsophila Johnston and N. stocktonii Brandegee) were studied. The results show that N. glutionsa is a diploid ,with a karyotype formula of 2n = 24=10M+10m+4sm(2SAT), while N. nesophila is a probable amphidiploid . with 2n=48=6M+20m(2SAT)+18sm+4st.and N.stocktonii is also a probable amphidiploid .with 2n=18=14M +12m+18sm+4st. In addition. the chromosomal basic numbers and multiple and SAT-chromosomes in the experimental materials are discussed briefly.
