西宁市某地绵羊胰脏功能研究初探

摘  要：
为了研究绵羊胰脏功能 ,对西宁市某地 1 0只 1岁～ 2岁绵羊的血液、尿液中的肌酐含量和淀粉酶活性进行了测定 ,结果表明所测绵羊的血清肌酐含量为 57.61 μmol/L±1 7.73 μmol/L ,血清淀粉酶活性为 75.2 8(μmol·s- 1 ) /L± 3 1 .68(μmol·s- 1 ) /L ;尿液肌酐的含量为 2 949.2 1 μmol/L± 42 6.3 4μmol/L ,尿液淀粉酶活性为 61 .92 (μmol·s- 1 ) /L± 5.77(μmol·s- 1 ) /L ;淀粉酶和肌酐清除率 (CAMS/CCR)比值为 1 .60 %± 0 .75%

摘  要：
Creatinine content and amylase activity were determined in blood and urine of ten sheep at 1-2 years old.The results showed that creatinine contents and amylase activities are 57.61 μmol/L±17.73 μmol/L and 75.28 (μmol·s~-1)/L±31.68 (μmol·s~-1)/L in blood respectively,creatinine contents and amylase activities are 2 949.21 μmol/L±426.34 μmol/L and 61.92 (μmol·s~-1)/L ±5.77 (μmol·s~-1)/L in urine respectively, percentage of CAMS/CCR is 1.60%±0.75%.
