摘  要：
How to strictly control the construction quality in the engineering construction is a necessary link in current project management.How to apply QC group to carry out QC group activities in a targeted mode under the precondition of original construction quality by project management personnel,and all participants should know how to apply management tools of QC activities to improve the construction quality.In the paper,the application of QC team in construction,and the achieved results are briefly introduced.
