新型风筛式清选装置设计研究

摘  要:
针对横置轴流式稻麦脱粒装置的脱出物沿筛面宽度由多到少的不等量分布,设计了包括圆锥形清选风扇、振动筛及传动装置的新型风筛式气流清选系统,并计算确定了各种结构参数和工作参数。研究表明,该系统适应非均布的混合物的清选要求,风扇叶轮圆锥角为2.3°时,振动筛前部可获得2m/s以上的横向风速,形成了轴流滚筒脱出物在振动筛面上沿宽度方向的均匀分布,从而提高清选质量。

摘  要:
The outlet of horizontal axial flow rice-wheat threshing device distribute non-uniformly along screen surface width from more to less, against which, new type cleaning apparatus including conical cleaning fan, vibrating sieve and driving gear is designed and configuration parameter operational parameter are calculated. Studies declare that it adapts to the cleaning demand of the non-uniform distribution mixture. As the fan impeller cone angle is 2.3°,the horizontal speed of win in the front of can be above 2m/s, which promote the outlet of axial flow drum distribute uniformly in the screen surface of fan-oscillating sieve along its width and improve cleaning quality of rice-wheat
