摘  要：
在现代化的企业管理中,档案管理占有重要位置。随着信息化,科技化和现代化的不断发展,传统的企业档案管理与服务模式,已经不能满足现代企业的发展需求。因此,信息化和现代化已经成为企业档案基础业务建设的重心,这是企业档案管理适应整个社会发展所做出的改变。企业档案管理创新与服务模式,指企业档案要服务于企业发展和经济建设,同时企业档案工作人员还要创新思维和转变工作观念,基于此,对企业档案管理创新与服务模式进行研究,在新的时期具有新的意义。

in the modern enterprise management,file management occupies an important position.As information technology,the continuous development of science and technology and modernization,the traditional enterprise archives management and service mode,already can't meet the demand of the development of the modern enterprise.As a result,the informationization and modernization has become the focus of the construction of enterprise archives based business,this is the enterprise file management of change to adapt to the whole social development.Enterprise archives management innovation and service mode,to show the enterprise archives to serve the enterprise development and economic construction,enterprise archives work personnel also innovative thinking and changing work idea,based on this,the study of enterprise archives management innovation and service mode,in the new period has new meaning.
