山西省辣椒疫霉菌体内、外对甲霜灵的抗性

摘  要:
通过对山西省不同地区分离的辣椒疫霉菌(Phytopthora capsici)进行体外、体内(活体)的抗性研究,发现不同地区P.capsici体外抗性存在显著的差异,同一地区体外抗性也存在差异,其中菌株Hm抗性指数为1.917 7,EC50值为0.610 8μg/ml,菌株Te抗性指数为1.230 4,EC50值为0.391 9μg/ml。Hm和Te为抗性菌株。在体内(活体)的抗性测定中采用了3种子方法[1,2]:(1)不同浓度的甲霜灵和孢子液(P.capsici)同时加入体内的抗性测定。(2)先加不同浓度的甲霜灵后接孢子液体内的抗性测定。(3)先加孢子液然后再加不同浓度的甲霜灵体内的抗性测定,以上体内使用的3种不同的测定方法来看,Hm的分离菌株分别高于Te,Cz,Dl等菌株的EC50值。试验结果表明:Hm和Te的P.capsici菌株对甲霜灵有较强的抗性,并且体内和体外抗性表现一致。

摘  要:
Strains of Phytopthora capsici were isolated in different parts of Shanxi province and research was made on their in-vitro and in-vivo resistance to insecticide.It was found there was significant difference in in-vitro resistance for strains from different parts and even in the same part there was still difference.For the strain "Hm" resistance index was 1.917 7 and EC50 0.610 8 μg/ml,For the strain "Te" resistance index was 1.230 4 and EC50 0.391 9 μg/ml.Hm and Te were resistant strains.Three methods were adopted in in-vivo resistant test,1.Add metalaxyl at different level and spore suspension at the same time;2.First add metalaxyl at different level and then spore suspension;3.First add spore suspension and then metalaxyl at different level.Hm had its EC50 value higher than Te,Cz and Dl. The results of the three tested methods showed that Hm and Te had strong resistance to metalaxyl and their in-vitro and in-vivo were consistent.
