不同缓解药剂对萝卜仲丁灵药害的缓解作用

摘  要:
[目的]研究不同缓解药剂对萝卜仲丁灵药害的缓解效果。[方法]仲丁灵以2 700 g a.i./hm2剂量进行播后苗前土壤处理,缓解药剂赤霉酸、萘乙酸、胺鲜酯、芸苔素内酯、磷酸二氢钾、氨基酸原液、生根活力素、大力士于萝卜苗齐后进行喷雾,药后对萝卜植株进行形态观察和5项指标测定。[结果]仲丁灵2 700 g a.i./hm2处理对萝卜生长产生明显药害,导致萝卜畸形,使萝卜叶片丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性明显增加,产量下降20%。所试缓解药剂对萝卜植株的形态、生理生化指标及产量均表现出不同的缓解效果。[结论]芸苔素内酯、氨基酸原液、大力士在所试缓解药剂中对萝卜药害的缓解效果较好,其中芸苔素内酯的效果最好。

摘  要:
[Aims] The mitigation effects of some antidotes on phytotoxicity of butralin to radish were studied.[Methods] Butralin was applied to soil at the rate of 2 700 g a.i./ha before radish germination, and the antidotes such as GA3(gibberellic acid), NAA(naphthylacetic acid), DA-6(diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate), BR(brassinolide), KH2PO4, AA(amino acid), HA-K, Y-PGA were sprayed after radish germination. The phytotoxicity symptoms of radish were observed.In addition, four physiological and biochemical indexes and the yields of radish were determined. [Results] Butralin showed serious phytotoxicity to radish, caused obvious deformity and led to significant increase of MDA, soluble sugar,proline content, SOD activity in radish and 20% of decline in radish yield. The antidotes showed diverse mitigation effects on morphology, physiological and biochemical indexes and yield of radish. [Conclusions] The mitigation effects of BR, AA, Y-PGA on phytotoxicity of butralin to radish were better among all the tested antidotes, and BR showed the best mitigation effect.
