流量历时曲线转移法在河流生态环境需水量计算中的应用

摘  要:
对于生态资料缺乏的河流可用水文学法计算其生态环境需水量,然而有关水文学法的研究主要集中在河流生态环境需水量总量的计算上,对河流生态环境需水量的分配计算不够深入且计算中都没有考虑河流的环境管理级别。为了解决这一问题,采用流量历时曲线转移法(FDCSM)对辽河干流铁岭站处不同环境管理级别下的生态环境需水量进行年内分配计算,并用Tennant法对FDCSM法的计算结果进行评价。结果表明:应用FDCSM法计算得到辽河干流铁岭站处六个不同环境管理级别(A、B、C、D、E、F)下河流的逐月生态环境流量,合计得到生态环境需水量,需水量由大到小分别为17.08×108m3·a-1、10.54×108m3·a-1、6.87×108m3·a-1(适宜)、4.50×108m3·a-1(最小)、2.89×108m3·a-1、1.83×108m3·a-1。Tennant法评价结果表明:FDCSM法与Tennant法对铁岭站河流生态环境需水量计算结果一致,证明该法可用于北方季节性河流的生态环境需水量计算。

摘  要:
Hydrological method was used to calculate eco-environmental flow for the river lacking ecological information.However, the research of hydrological method was mainly concentrating on the total eco-environment water demands, which was short of depth on the distribution calculation and without the sight of river environmental management classes. To solve this problem, flow duration curve shifting method(FDCSM) was adopted to calculate the intra-annual distribution of eco-environment flows at Tieling Hydrometric Station of Liaohe River under different environmental management classes, and the evaluation was carried out on the results of FDCSM by the Tennant method. The result from FDCSM showed monthly eco-environmental flows at Tieling Station of Liaohe River under six environmental management classes(A to F), the total eco-environmental water requirements in descending order were 17.08×108m3·a-1,10.54×108m3·a-1,6.87×108m3·a-1,4.50×108m3·a-1,2.89×108m3·a-1,1.83×108m3·a-1,respectively. The result of FDCSM was coincided to Tennant and FDCSM was appropriate for the eco-environmental flow calculation of the northern seasonal rivers.
