稻草还田对土壤脲酶活性及土壤溶液无机氮含量影响

摘  要:
试验针对我国寒地水稻种植区,采用室外连续多年稻草还田小区和室内培养方式,研究水稻种植条件与非种植条件下稻草还田对土壤脲酶活性及土壤溶液无机氮含量影响,为我国寒地水稻秸秆还田技术提供参考。结果表明,整个取样时期,稻草还田处理与不还田处理土壤脲酶活性及土壤溶液无机氮含量变化趋势基本相同,小区试验呈先降后升再降趋势,室内培养试验呈下降趋势,土壤脲酶活性与土壤溶液无机氮含量呈显著正相关;土壤脲酶活性及土壤溶液无机氮含量随稻草还田量增加而降低;土壤脲酶活性及土壤溶液无机氮含量在室内条件下比较稳定,而在室外条件下波动较大。稻草还田使水稻产量略有增加,但差异不显著。

摘  要:
The paper focus on the rice in cold planting region, the straw returning affect soil urease activity and soil solution of inorganic nitrogen content studied in the rice-growing conditions and under conditions of non-planting with using the method of outdoor consecutive years straw returning plot trial and an incubation test, in order to provide a reference for the improvement of cold rice straw returning production technology. The results showed that throughout the sampling period, the trends on the soil urease activity and inorganic nitrogen content in soil solution was basically the same of the straw returning treatment or non-returning treatment. Cell tests showed a downward trend again increased last fall, Incubation experiments only showed a downward trend. Between soil urease activity and soil solution of inorganic nitrogen content was significantly positively correlated, urease activity and soil inorganic nitrogen content in soil solution decrease by straw returning, and with returning amount increases to further reduce. Indoor and outdoor test results comparison found, changes and differences of soil urease activity and inorganic nitrogen in soil solution in indoor conditions were relatively stable,but significant changes in outdoors. A slight increase in rice yield by straw returning, but comparing the process not returning its difference was not significant.
