沼气中硅氧烷去除技术研究进展

摘  要:
填埋场或污泥厌氧消化所产生的沼气中普遍含有硅氧烷,被用于燃烧发电时,这些硅氧烷会被氧化为具有类似玻璃特性的微晶二氧化硅,严重损害沼气发电机的稳定、高效运行,因此,需要在沼气使用前对硅氧烷进行去除。目前已有三种硅氧烷去除技术得到了商业化应用:吸附法,吸收法和低温冷凝。一些基于其他技术的去除方法也取得了一定的研究进展,具有较好的发展前景,这些方法包括生物滴滤池法,催化剂法,膜分离法等。文章对沼气中硅氧烷的来源和特性进行了介绍,并对硅氧烷去除技术的研究进展进行了概述,并简要探讨了进一步的研究和发展方向。

摘  要:
Biogas originated from landfills or anaerobic sludge digestion in sewage treatment plant generally contains siloxanes.Combustion of this kind of siloxanes containing biogas when it used as fuel for electricity generation will produce microcrystalline silica that has chemical and physical properties similar to glass and causes serious damage to gas engine,and so removal of siloxanes from biogas before combustion is needed.Three technologies are commercially available to remove siloxanes today,which are adsorption,absorption and cryocondensation.Newer concepts based on technologies other than sorption or condensation have also made a certain research progress,including biotrickling filters,catalysts,membranes and so on.This paper reviews the origination and characterization of siloxanes in biogas,summarizes the research progress in removal of siloxanes from biogas and put forward some suggestions for further study.
