摘 要：
本文从哲学的角度分析了人类同害虫斗争的不同历史阶段的害虫观、害虫管理对策及其对害虫防治影响。介绍了害虫综合管理、全部种群治理、大面积种群治理等现代害虫管理对策的基础哲学、策略思想和技术方法。提出了“绝对害虫”与“相对害虫”的概念,并针对不同类型害虫的防治策略的制订,提出了探讨性意见。

摘 要：
From the point of philosophic view, the outlooks on insect pest, the strategies of the insect pest management and their effects on the insect pest control in the different historical stages of humanbeing fighting of insect pests are analyzed in this paper. The basic philosophy s-trategies and technique of the Integrated Pest Management, the Total Population Management and the Area Wide Population Management are introduced. The paper also advances the concepts of 'absolute insect pest' and 'relative insect pest ' and gives the preliminary opinions of the control strategies for the different insects.
