北方寒冷地区沼气池增保温研究

摘  要:
[目的]优选秸秆反应堆作为一种北方寒冷地区沼气池增温方法的工艺参数。[方法]以秸秆粒度、菌剂量、温度、料液比为试验参数,进行正交试验。[结果]当秸秆粒度1 mm,菌剂量0.5%,温度55℃,料液比1∶1时,单位容积产气率最高,达到1.1 m3/d。[结论]采用秸秆反应堆覆盖沼气池,不仅起到物理保温作用,而且将达到最佳发酵温度的秸秆加入沼气池中,可提高沼气池冬季产气量。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the parameters of temperature increase method of straw fermentation(SFM) of biogas in the cold north China in winter.[Method]The parameters of the orthogonal test was straw length,multiple microbe content,temperature,and solid/liquid ratio.[Result] The biogas yield could reach up to 1.1 m3/d,when straw length was 1 mm,multiple microbe content was 0.5%,temperature was 55 ℃,solid/liquid ratio was 1∶1.[Conclusion] SFM technique was not only an effective way to increase the temperature of biogas pits,but also could increase biogas yield with optimized process condition of SFM in winter.
