利用柚苷酶转化蜂胶黄酮的研究

摘  要:
蜂胶黄酮具有抗氧化、抗菌、调节血脂、增强免疫等生物学功能,水解黄酮中的糖苷键是提高黄酮生物活性的有效方法。本文利用柚苷酶对蜂胶黄酮中的芦丁、熊果苷、杨梅苷、水杨苷等主要糖苷物质进行水解研究。试验结果表明柚苷酶对芦丁、熊果苷、水杨苷及杨梅苷等蜂胶中的主要黄酮苷具有良好的水解作用,但水解效率却不同,该结果为制备高生物活性的蜂胶黄酮提供了新思路。

摘  要:
Propolis flavones have the biological functions of antioxidant, antibacterial, regulating blood lipids and enhancing immunity.The biological activity of propolis could be enhanced by hydrolyzing the glycoside bonds.In this study, the major flavones glycosides of propolis, i.e., mricitrin, salicin, auritin and rutin, were enzymatic hydrolyzed with naringinase.The results indicated that naringinase was effective to hydrolyze mricitrin, salicin, auritin and rutin.However, it showed different hydrolytic efficiencies.These results provide a new approach to prepare high biological propolis products.
