辐射对盐碱胁迫杜鹃花种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:
目的】研究辐射对盐碱胁迫杜鹃花种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,为杜鹃花耐盐碱品种选育提供技术支持。【方法】以~(60)Co-γ射线为辐射源,分3批对不同种杜鹃花种子进行不同剂量辐射,分析辐射对杜鹃花种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,以确定适宜辐射剂量;选取辐射处理的马银花和映山红种子进行盐碱胁迫,分析辐射对盐碱胁迫杜鹃花种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。【结果】辐射处理对不同种杜鹃花种子萌发率的影响存在种间差异,5种杜鹃花种子的半致死剂量(LD_(50))为121~213 Gy,排序为映山红>大白杜鹃>羊踯躅>满山红>鹿角杜鹃,杜鹃花种子的适宜辐射剂量为100~150 Gy。辐射剂量与杜鹃花种子萌发率、出苗率、成苗率呈负相关,但100 Gy处理可提高马银花和映山红种子萌发率,50 Gy处理可促进映山红、鹿角杜鹃和满山红幼苗生长,150 Gy处理可促进大白杜鹃幼苗生长。盐碱胁迫可抑制马银花和映山红种子萌发和幼苗生长,但100 Gy辐射处理提高了马银花和映山红种子在盐碱胁迫下的萌发率,在一定程度上缓解了盐害程度。在酸性环境(p H 5.0)和中性环境(p H 6.5)下马银花和映山红种子萌发较好,在碱性环境下(p H 8.0)种子萌发受到抑制。【结论】~(60)Co-γ辐射可作为提高马银花和映山红种子萌发期耐盐碱性的一种手段,适宜的辐射剂量为100~150 Gy。

摘  要:
【Objective】Effects of irradiation on seed germination and seedling growth of Rhododendron under saline and alkaline stress were studied in order to provide technical support for breeding saline and alkaline tolerant Rhododendron varieties.【Method】Rhododendron seeds were divided into three batches and were irradiated with different doses of~(60)Co-γ,the irradiation source.The effects of irradiation on seed germination and seedling growth of Rhododendron were investigated to determine suitable dose of irradiation.Irradiated seeds of R.ovatum and R.simsii were selected to be under saline and alkaline stress to study the effects of irradiation on Rhododendron seed germination and seedling growth.【Result】Inter-species differences existed in the effects of irradiation on seed germination rate of different Rhododendron species.Semi-lethal dose(LD_(50))of five Rhododendron species was 121-213 Gy,and the order was R.simsii>R.decorum>R.molle>R.mariesii>R.latoucheaey.The suitable irradiation dose for Rhododendron was 100-150 Gy.Although data analysis indicated the germination rate,seedling emergence rate and seedling rate of Rhododendron seed were negatively correlated with irradiation dose,100 Gy does of irradiation could promot the germination rate of R.ovatum and R.simsii seeds,50 Gy could improve seedling growth of R.simsii,R.latoucheae,R.mariesii,and 150 Gy could promote seedling growth of R.decorum.The seed germination and seedling growth of R.ovatum and R.simsii were inhibited under saline and alkaline stress,but 100 Gy dose of irradiation promoted the seed germination rates of R.ovatum and R.simsii under saline and alkaline stress and alleviated the inhibition effects of salt stress.The seed germination of R.ovatum and R.simsii were fine in acidic environment(p H 5.0)and neutral environment(p H 6.5),and were inhibited in alkaline environment(p H 8.0).【Conclusion】Irradiation can be a means of improving saline and alkaline tolerance of R.ovatum and R.simsii at seed germination stage,and the suitable dose of irradiation is 100-150 Gy.
