降解烟嘧磺隆微生物菌剂的制备及其稳定性

摘  要:
[目的]针对微生物对环境修复的局限性,将筛选出的烟嘧磺隆降解菌N80制成新型、高效的烟嘧磺隆降解菌液体菌剂。[结果]利用L16(45)正交试验确定其最佳工艺条件:麦麸2%,玉米粉1%,氯化钠0.5%,其余为水,接菌量为3%,发酵时间48 h,发酵温度30℃,无光照,25℃储藏。烟嘧磺隆最高降解率为88.6%,储藏60 d时对烟嘧磺隆仍有较高的降解效果,降解率为78.2%。[结论]该研究为今后商品化生产菌剂奠定了基础。

摘  要:
Because of the limitation of environmental remidiation by microorganism,a new and highly efficient liquid microorganism agent for nicosulfuron degrading was made of Serratia marcecens sp.strain N80 sifted.[Results] Using orthogonal experiment with 5-factors and 4-levels,the optimum process condition was confirmed: wheat bran 2%,corn flour 1%,NaCl 0.5%,the rest for water,volume of strain 3%,with an initial time 48 h,fermentation temperature 30 °C,storage temperature 25 °C,no light.The highest degradation rate is 88.6%.The strain still has 78.2% degradation rate on nicosulfuron after stored 60 d.[Conclusions] It laid the foundation for future industrial production.
