水源水中类固醇雌激素检测方法研究

摘  要:
通过固相萃取-高效液相色谱(SPE-HPLC)联用的方法建立了水中微量共存类固醇雌激素(Steriod estrogens,SEs)——雌酮(Estrone,E1)、17β-雌二醇(17β-estradiol,E2)、17α-乙炔基雌二醇(17α-ethynylestradiol,EE2)的同时检测分析方法。该方法具有操作简单、重现性好、准确度和精确度高等优点。对浙江省某市主要供水水源及河道景观用水进行为期一年的检测,水源水中E1、E2和EE2均有检出,水源水中E1和EE2检出率偏低,小于10%,检出最高浓度分别为56、97ng/L,EE2的存在水平较高;E2的检出最为频繁,检出率超过30%,最低浓度为70ng/L,最高浓度133ng/L;景观水中3种SEs的含量及检出频率均高于水源水,水环境中存在SEs痕量污染。

摘  要:
Three kinds of steroid estrogens such as estrone(E1),17β-estradiol(E2)and 17α-ethynylestradiol(EE2)are determined by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography(SPE-HPLC).Spike experiments and deviation analysis are carried out to evaluate the method,and the results show that the method has advantages such as easy operation,high accuracy and precision.A one-year term investigation of steroid estrogen in souce waters and landscape water of a certain city in Zhejiang Province is carried out.Results show that steroid estrogens are detected for E2,which suggestes little contamination of E1,EE2 and E2.Landscape water is poorer than source water with steroid estrogens more frequently detected.
