杀虫剂亚致死剂量对六斑月瓢虫捕食作用的影响

摘  要:
研究了6种杀虫剂对六斑月瓢虫与萝卜蚜的选择毒力和功能反应的影响。结果表明,敌杀死对六斑月瓢虫的毒力最高,选择指数最小;锐劲特毒力最低,选择指数最大,安全性最好;用Holling-Ⅱ型和Holling-III型模型分别拟合亚致死剂量处理对瓢虫捕食功能的影响,各药剂处理的瓢虫的发现率和最大捕食量均低于清水对照处理,表明亚致死剂量对瓢虫的搜索效率和捕食效应均有显著的抑制作用;其中敌杀死处理的瓢虫发现率最低,处理时间最长,最大捕食量最小,表明敌杀死对瓢虫的影响作用最为显著。

摘  要:
The effects of six insecticides on selective toxicity and functional reponses of Menochilus sexmaculatus and Lipaphis erysimi were studied in this paper.The toxicity of Decis to the ladybirds was the highest with the lowest selective toxicity.The toxicity of Regant was the lowest with the highest selective toxicity.The functional responses were stimulated by Holling-Ⅱmodel and Holling-III model.The quest constant and the maximal predatory capacities of the ladybirds treated with six insecticides all decreased.It showed that sublethal doses of insecticides had significant effects on the predation and discovery rates of the ladybirds.The quest constant of the ladybirds treated with Decis was the lowest,with the longest han-dling time and the lowest maximal predatory capacities.It showed that Decis had the most significant effects on the predation of the ladybirds.
