河北省现代农业示范区建设存在问题及对策研究

摘  要:
本文以实地开放式访谈、问卷调查等形式对农业园区、现代农业示范区的调查数据资料为基础,旨在分析河北省现代农业示范区的问题形成原因,提出提高建设效率的对策。河北省现代农业示范区建设中的问题主要有土地流转慢、投入机制不灵活、主体培育不够、园区阴影效应严重等;高效的示范园区应具有适宜的建设规模、科学的功能定位、合理的功能分区、科技开发与推广和组织管理;建设中应关注加快土地流转,发展特色农业,强化示范带动,强化科技支撑,引导多方资源,完善投入机制等。

摘  要:
The paper based on open interviews、questionnaire survey,uses agricultural park data,modern agriculture demonstration survey data as the foundation to analyze the problem of modern agricultural demonstration zone in Hebei province and to formation reasons and put forward the countermeasures to improve the efficiency. Modern agricultural demonstration zones in the construction in Hebei province have many problems like :the slowly land circulation、the rigidity of the input mechanism,the lacking of main cultivation,the seriously of the shadow effect,and so on; The efficient demonstration zones must have the appropriate construction scale,scientific function,reasonable functional partition,developed technology and the management of organization. During the construction we must pay attention to the speeding up the land circulation,the development of characteristic agriculture,the strengthen demonstration drive,the strengthen of the scientific and technological support,and guide the various resources,the improvement of the input mechanism,etc.
