摘  要:
采用染色体常规制片法,结合显微摄影技术对浙江楠染色体进行检测分析,结果表明:浙江楠染色体数为2n=24,核型公式是2n=24=18 m+6 sm,全组染色体总长度为58.11μm,长臂总长34.69μm,核型不对称系数(AS.K%)为59.70%,核型属于Stebbins核型分类中的"2B"类型。

摘  要:
Chromosomes of Phoebe chekiangensis were determined and analyzed by common squash method and microphotography.The result indicated that diploid chromosome number of Ph.chekiangensis was 24.The formula of karyotype was 2n = 24 =18m+6sm.The total length of all set of chromosomes was 58.11 μm and the total length of long arms was 34.69 μm.Asymmetric coefficient of Karyotype was 59.70%.Karyotype is 2B as Stebbin describes.
