海胆微量元素的光谱测定

摘  要:
[目的]了解紫海胆的营养价值。[方法]采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对海胆中Ca、Cu、Mn、Zn、Fe、Na和Mg 7种微量元素含量进行测定分析。[结果]结果表明,采用HNO3+H2SO4(5∶1)混酸作消化液处理样品,各元素在试验范围内,加标回收率和精密度较好,加标回收率为93.8%~106.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5%。海胆中人体所需的微量元素含量丰富,海胆中微量元素含量表现为Ca>Na>Fe>Zn>Cu>Mn>Mg。[结论]该研究为海胆的合理利用提供有利依据。

摘  要:
[Objective]The purpose was to realize nutritional value of sea urchin.[Method] Seven kinds of microelements(Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,and Mn)in sea urchin were detected and analyzed by flame atomic Absorption spectrometry(FAAS).[Result]The results indicated that the samples were digested with HNO3+ H2SO4(5∶1).The precision and recovery for different elements within the limits of working curves were good,the range of recoveries(n=5)was 93.8%-106.3% and the RSD was lower than 5%.There were abundant nutritional elements for people in sea urchin.The content of microelements was found to be Ca>Na>Fe >Zn >Cu >Mn>Mg.[Conclusion]This study will provide useful evidence for effective exploitation of sea urchin.
