摘  要：
采用SWOT分析方法对我国天然橡胶产业的优势和劣势、机遇与挑战进行分析探讨,提出鼓励发展橡胶林下经济,提高天然橡胶补贴力度和扩大补贴范围,提高橡胶园栽培全程的绿色防控水平,加强橡胶基础研究投入和"走出去"投资境外橡胶产业,促进我国橡胶产业在全球市场低迷的局面下实现可持续的良性发展态势。

摘  要：
This paper discusses advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of natural rubber industry in China by SWOT analysis method. It puts forward to develop natural rubber industry, which includes developing rubber forests economy, expanding the scope of the subsidies, raising level of green prevention and control, increasing investment in basic research and investing rubber industry outside. It hopes to promote Chinese rubber industry sustainable benign development in the downturn global situation.
