固体化微生物处理生活污水的研究

摘  要:
[目的]研究固体化微生物处理生活污水的效果。[方法]利用生物活性炭(BAC)、海藻酸钙包埋微生物(IM)和包埋生物活性炭(IBAC)处理生活污水中的NH4+-N、PO43-、CODcr,对3种方法的去除效果进行比较。[结果]海藻酸钙包埋生物活性炭(IBAC)对PO43-、CODcr、NH4+-N的去除率均较高,最高去除率分别为88.08%、87.26%、89.25%。[结论]海藻酸钙包埋生物活性炭可以改善海藻酸钙的内部结构,避免微生物的流失,同时充分发挥活性炭的吸附能力。

摘  要:
[Objective]The research aimed to study the treatment of sewage with immobilized microorganism.[Method]Biological activated carbon(BAC),microorganism immobilized by Ca-alginate(IM) and biological activated carbon immobilized by Ca-alginate(IBAC) were used to remove NH4+-N、PO43-、CODcr from artificial wastewater,and the effects were compared.[Result]The results showed that the removal rate of IBAC was more effectively than BAC and IM.The maximal amount of PO43-removal rate was up to 88.08% and the maximal removal rate of CODcr was up to 87.26%.And the removal effects was stable compared with other two methods.The maximal removal rate of NH4+-N was found to be 89.25%.[Conclusion]The AC added during experiment was as an additive,which could improve the inner structure of the immobilized beads.And the adsorptive capacity of AC could be displayed thoroughly.
