以世界农化网的报道为线索,收集整理了2021年一些国家在农药监管方面做出的一些重要决定。涉及的国家包括北美洲的美国和加拿大,欧盟及其成员国德国、英国和瑞士,南美洲的阿根廷、巴西和秘鲁,亚洲的越南、缅甸、斯里兰卡、印度和中国。它们主要是基于农药化合物的安全性评价做出的允许使用或禁限用规定。涉及的重要化合物包括草甘膦、毒死蜱、2,4-滴、氟啶虫胺腈、噻虫嗪、噻虫胺、五氯苯酚、异丙甲草胺、溴苯腈和扑灭津等多种农药产品。此外,欧盟还发布了农药制剂和桶混助剂中不允许使用的助剂清单。

摘要：

This paper has collected some of the key decisions on pesticide regulation in some countries in 2021, using reports from the Agropages. The countries/regions involved include the United States and Canada in North America; the European Union and its member countries of Germany, the United Kingdom and Switzerland; Argentina, Brazil and Peru in Latin America; and Vietnam, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, India and China in Asia. Most of the decisions are concerning permissions or prohibitions on some pesticide compounds based on safety assessments of the pesticide compounds. The important compounds involved include glyphosate, chlorpyrifos, 2,4-D, sulfoxaflor, thiamethoxam, clothianidin,pentachlorophenol, metolachlor, bromoxynil, and propazine, etc. In addition, EU issued the list of the co-formulants that cannot be accepted in the composition of a plant protection product, an adjuvant or a mixture product.
