摘 要：
经济发展过程与劳动力产业结构转变存在着密切的内在联系。在经济从传统结构发展为现代结构的过程中，总要伴随着劳动力从第一产业向第二、三产业转移的现象。入世对这一要求更为强烈。文章从我国农村劳动力自身角度分析了我国农村劳动力产业结构现状，指出一方面要加强农村劳动力教育提高文化素质，为劳动力合理转移提供条件；另一方面，要发展农业内部及非农产业的利于我国农村劳动力发挥优势的劳动密集型行业，走靠劳动积累发展经济之路。

摘 要：
There are some close relations between the course of the economic development and the transformation of the abor force.On the course of from traditional structure to modrn structure,it is inevitable that the labor forces in primary industry are absorbed by the secondary and tertiary industry.This phenomenon would be more intensive with WTO.With the view of rural labor force in China,this paper analyses the current situation of the rural labor force's industry structure and points out,on the one hand,that the provided condition is to strengthen the education and improve their qualities.On the other hand,it is the right way to develop the labor－ concentrated industry so as to bring a great lots of labor forces into full play.
