栓皮栎栎链蚧(Asterodiaspis variabile(Russell))虫生真菌的初步研究

摘  要:
从栓皮栎栎链蚧虫体内分离、纯化、获得一株寄生真菌 ,并对其生物学性状及对温室白粉虱的寄生作用进行了初步研究。结果表明 :寄生真菌的分生孢子座黑色 ,半球形 ;分生孢子透明 ,多为卵圆形、椭圆形 ,少数为圆形 ,大小为 7.8× 4 .5~ 9.4× 5 .9um ;在SDAY和PDA培养基上子实体的形成、菌落生长有差异 ;经初步鉴定该菌属半知菌亚门的座壳孢属 (Aschersoniasp .) ;寄生真菌生长最适温度 2 5~ 2 8℃ ,最适pH为 6~ 7。采用涂抹法、喷雾法将虫生真菌孢子悬浮液置于被栓皮栎栎链蚧寄生的枝条、叶片和温室白粉虱发生的烟苗上 ,研究发现此菌对栓皮栎栎链蚧和温室白粉虱的蛹、若虫均有致病作用

摘  要:
A strain of parasitic fungus was isolated and purified from Asterodiaspis variabile (Russell). Its biological characteristics and parastic action on greenhouse whitefly were primarily studied. The result shows that the pycidium is black, hemispherical; the conidia are hyalicolor, the majority are ovoid or elliptic and the minority are rotundate, 7.8 ×4.5~9.4×5.9um; colony grow and the fruiting bodies form in culture media SDYA and PDA differently; the fungus is preminarily identified to be Aschersonia sp.in the subphylum Basidiomycotiona; the optimal growth condition of the fungus is 28℃, pH 6~7. It is shown that the fungus has pathogenic role not only on Asterodiaspis variabile (Russell),but also on the pupae and nymphs of greenhouse whitefly. The test was carried out by spreading and spraying the conidia suspension on the branches and leaves parasitized by Asterodiaspis variabile (Russell) and tobacco seedlings with greenhouse whitefly.
