拉萨河春季浮游生物群落结构特征研究

摘  要:
2015年4-5月对拉萨河浮游生物的调查结果显示:浮游植物有6门76种(属),浮游植物密度变化在4.04×10~4~16.04×10~4ind/L之间,平均密度为10.18×10~4ind/L,生物量变化在0.037~0.37 mg/L之间,平均生物量为0.13 mg/L;浮游动物4门51种(属),密度的变化范围是45.00~125.00 ind/L之间,平均密度为84.09 ind/L;生物量变化范围为0.006 8~0.063 mg/L之间,平均生物量为0.041 mg/L。该河段浮游生物组成多以冷水性种类为主;浮游生物的密度与生物量随海拔的升高呈递减趋势。

摘  要:
The composition and distribution of plankton were investigated in the Lhasa River from April to May 2015. The results showed that there were76 species( genera) of phytoplankton and 51 species( genera) of zooplankton in total. The density of phytoplankton ranged from 16. 04 × 10~4 to 4. 04 × 10~4ind/L,with the average of 10. 18 × 10~4 ind/L. The density of zooplankton ranged from 45. 00 to 125. 00 ind/L,with the average of 0. 041 mg/L. The plankton in the Lasa River was mainly cold-water species. The density and biomass of plankton decreased with the rise of altitude.
