摘  要:
以4LMZ160型苎麻联合收割机割台升降门架为研究对象,利用CAE技术在三维软件Pro/E中建立割台升降门架的三维模型,将模型导入有限元分析软件Ansys Workbench中,对升降门架进行了静力分析和受载作用下的模态分析。分析表明,割台升降门架满足静力作用下强度和刚度要求,模态分析进一步得到了升降门架前6阶的固有频率和振型特征,为升降门架结构的优化设计提供参考。

摘  要:
Take the lifting door frame header of 4LMZ160 ramie combine harvester as the research object,establish the 3D model of lifting door frame header in Pro / e software,then leading the three- dimensional model into finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench,last the static analysis and modal analysis under load were carried out on the lifting door frame. Analysis shows that the lift door frame meets the requirements of strength and stiffness under the action of static force,and modal analysis has been further lifting gantry anterior 6 steps model natural frequencies and mode shapes characteristic. which will provide a reference for the lifting door frame structure design and optimization.
