影响薄壁零件加工精度的因素及工艺措施

摘  要:
薄壁零件在工业生产中得到广泛的应用,但因薄壁零件刚性差,强度弱,在加工中极易变形,不易保证零件的加工质量。据此,本研究分析了影响薄壁零件加工精度的因素,并以数控车床加工薄壁零件为例,从夹具设计、刀具选择、工艺分析及科学编制程序等方面提出了改进措施。生产试验表明,这些措施有效地提高了薄壁零件加工质量。

摘  要:
Thin wall part,which is widely used in industry,is very easily distorted when being machined because of bad rigidity and weak intensity,so it is difficult to guarantee machining quality.Taking NC turning for instance,the paper presents specific improvement solutions,including fixture design,tool selection,processing and programming analysis.These methods were proved to be effective in increasing the machining quality of the thin wall parts.
