摘 要:
为研究适用于组装式日光温室的蓄热增温设备,在组装式试验温室中安整水袋式、水幕式和双源热泵主动蓄放热设备,研究其蓄放热量、增温效果、蓄放热成本和节能率等指标,通过试验表明:双源热泵晴天蓄热量和放热量最高,分别为704.99MJ和539.62MJ,晚间温室放热时段平均温度较对照温室高3.51℃,但节能率为29.58%,使用成本较高,双源热泵阴天蓄热量和放热量分别为185.73MJ和222.78MJ,放热时间试验温室平均温度较对照温度高2.08℃;水幕式主动蓄放热设备晴天蓄热量和放热量分别为434.62MJ和337.19MJ,放热时段试验温室平均温度较对照温室高3.13℃,节能率为70.53%;水袋式主动蓄放热设备晴天蓄热量和放热量最低,分别为167.42MJ和157.16MJ,放热时段试验温室平均室温较对照普通温室高1.40℃,节能率为69.18%。通过综合性能分析,采用水幕式主动蓄放热设备具有节能率高、使用成本低的优点,双源热泵蓄放热设备具有蓄放热量大、增温速度快的优点,可根据温室生产需要进行选择安装使用。

摘 要:
In order to study the thermal storage equipment suitable for assembled solar greenhouse,heat store-release devices with water bag,water curtain and dual source heat pump were installed in the greenhouse,and their quantity of heat,warming effect,heat store-release costs,energy saving rate,and other indicators were studied.The test results show that,in sunny days,the heat storage capacity and heat release capacity of dual source heat pump are the highest,which are 704.99 MJ and 539.62 MJ respectively,the average temperature during heat releasing period at night is 3.51℃ higher than the controlled greenhouse,the energy saving rate is29.58% and the cost is high;The heat storage capacity and heat release capacity of water curtain active heat store-release equipment are 434.62 MJ and 337.19 MJ respectively,the average temperature during heat releasing period is 3.13℃ higher than the controlled greenhouse,and the energy saving rate is 70.53%;The heat storage capacity and heat release capacity of water bag heat store-release equipment are the lowest,which are 167.42 MJ and 157.16 MJ respectively,the average temperature during heat releasing period is1.40℃ higher,and energy saving rate is 69.18%.In cloudy days,the heat storage capacity and heat release capacity of dual source heat pump are 185.73 MJ and 222.78 MJ respectively,the average temperature during heat releasing period at night is 2.08℃ higher than the controlled greenhouse.Through the comprehensive performance analysis,water curtain active heat store-release equipment is adopted,because its advantages of high energy saving rate and low cost.Dual source heat pump heat store-release equipment can be chosen according to the producing needs,due to its high quantity of heat and warming effect.
