不同营养调控剂对荷斯坦奶公牛育肥和屠宰性能的影响

摘  要:
选取60头体重相近的荷斯坦公牛,随机分为3组,每组20头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,调控剂A组和调控剂B组在基础日粮中分别添加营养调控剂A和B,剂量均为5 g(/d.头)。试验结果表明:调控剂A组和调控剂B组公牛的平均日增重分别达1.65 kg和1.50 kg,与对照组相比,分别增加了0.28 kg(P<0.05)和0.13 kg(P>0.05)。试验组的屠宰率高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);净肉率和肉骨比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。调控剂A组和调控剂B组的平均日均收入分别为5.02元和2.73元,与对照组相比,调控剂A组增加了4.06元,调控剂B组增加了1.77元。结果表明添加营养调控剂A能改善荷斯坦公犊的生长性能和屠宰性能,提高经济效益。

摘  要:
60 similar weight Holstein male calves were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups(n=20).The control group was fed the basal diet,while group A and group B were fed the diets added with the nutritional regulation additive A and B,the dose of 5 g/(d·calf),to the basal diet,respectively.The results showed that the average daily gains of group A and group B were 1.65 kg and 1.50 kg,respectively,increased by 0.28 kg(P<0.05) and 0.13 kg(P>0.05) compared with the control;the slaughter rates were higher in the experimental groups,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05);the lean percentage and meat bones ratio were higher significantly(P<0.05) compared with the control;the average daily incomes of group A and B were 5.02 and 2.73 yuan(RMB) respectively,increased by 4.06 yuan(RMB),and 1.77 yuan(RMB),compared with the control group.The results indicated that the nutritional regulation additive A could improve the growth performance,slaughter performance and economic efficiency of Holstein male calves.
