固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用法测定葱姜蒜中12种农药残留量

摘  要：
建立了固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用法同时测定葱姜蒜中12种农药残留量的方法。试样经乙腈提取后,采用氟罗里硅土固相萃取小柱净化,然后用气相色谱-质谱联用法对12种农药进行定量分析。结果表明,采用氟罗里硅土固相萃取小柱净化,能有效去除葱姜蒜样品中的色素、油脂等杂质,净化后得到的样液清亮、透明。12种农药在0.005~0.22 mg/kg添加水平下的回收率为81.0%~120%,相对标准偏差为2.33%~16.2%,12种农药检出限为0.003~0.05 mg/kg。

摘  要：
The method for determination of 12 pesticide residues in onion,ginger and garlic was developed. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,purified with florisil solid phase extraction,and quantified the 12 pesticides by GC/MS. The results showed that it could remove the impurities of pigment,lipid in sample using florisil solid phase extraction. The sample solution after purified was clear and translucent.Under these conditions,the average recoveries of 12 pesticides ranged from 81. 0 % to 120 % at spiked level of 0. 05- 0. 22 mg/kg,and the relative standard deviations were 2. 33 %- 16. 2 %. The detection limit of 12 pesticides ranged from 0. 003 mg/kg to 0. 05 mg/kg.
