The F1 generations of DH(n=22), NB(n=18) were selected as experiment animals. Each of the hybridized combination mea t sheep were randomly divided into two groups, and divided into three fattening stage according to growth development law, and setting high and low two protein levels of diets in every fattening stage. The experiment were conducted to study the influences of genetic basis、protein levels, fattening stages on average daily gain of crossbred sheep and the interaction effect of them. The results showed:(from the main effect, genetic basis had significantly influence on average daily gain of crossbred sheep(P<0.01), the average daily gain of DH was greatly significantly higher than that of NB(P<0.01); From three-factor interaction effects, there was significantly interaction effect on average daily gain of crossbred sheep in genetic basis, protein levels and fattening stage(P<0.05). In the mid and late fattening, under the high protein levels, the average daily gain of DH was greatly significantly higher than that of NB(P<0.05); In the late fattening, the average daily gain of high protein levels was significantly higher than that of low protein levels in DH( P<0.05), the average daily gain of high protein levels was significantly lower than that of low protein levels in NB( P<0.01).
