摘 要：
Red tides often break out in coastal waters of Zhoushan, especially in the Changjiang Estuary Eutrophication and N∶P ratio play a leading role during red tide period. The routine monitoring data during 1996～2000 at 26 sampling sites are used to asses the eutrophication, N∶P ratio and their trends. The results show that the eutrophication is serious and the N∶P ratios are high. The eutrophication status and N∶P ratios at those sampling sites and sea areas which are near to the mainland and are influenced by the rivers more serious. Moreover the N∶P ratio contributes significantly to the red tides.
