中药药渣作为畜禽饲料或饲料添加剂的研究进展

摘  要：
中药药渣是中药制药过程中产生的主要废弃物,每年产量高达数千万吨,传统处理方式不仅造成严重的环境危害,还使大量资源被浪费,因此,把中药药渣作为饲料原料或饲料添加剂来开发极具研究意义和应用价值。中药药渣中含有多糖、纤维素、半纤维素、木质素、粗脂肪、粗蛋白质、矿物质元素等营养物质,以及药物生物活性组分,如黄酮、生物碱、多酚和萜类等,可以应用到畜禽养殖生产中,促进动物生产和增强动物保健。本文综述近些年的相关文献,以中药药渣生产处理现状和对畜禽作用效果为重点,探索中药药渣及其生物发酵产物作为畜牧业投入品的可行性和稳定性,以期为中药药渣资源化利用提供理论参考。

摘  要：
Chinese medicine residues are the main waste in the process of traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical,annual output up to tens of millions of tons,traditional approach not only cause serious environmental damage,also make a lot of resources wasted,therefore,the Chinese medicine residues as raw materials for the feed or feed additives to develop the research significance and application value.Chinese medicine residues containing polysaccharides,cellulose,hemicellulose,and lignin,ether extract,crude protein,minerals and other nutrients,and drug bioactive components,such as flavonoids,alkaloids,polyphenols and terpenoids,etc.,can be applied to the livestock farming production,promote animal production and animal health.This paper reviews the related literature in recent years,with Chinese medicine residues to production,processing and the effects of livestock and poultry as the focus,to explore Chinese medicine residues and their fermentation product as animal husbandry the feasibility and stability of the inputs,in order to provide theoretical reference for traditional Chinese medicine medical resource utilization.
