国内外苜蓿品种性状分析与评价研究

摘  要：
选用国内外17个苜蓿品种,连续3年(2006～2008年),对其主要农艺性状与品质性状,进行田间调查和实验室分析。采用主成分分析与聚类分析方法对各性状进行分析以及品种评价。10个主要性状可以概括为5个因子,即生长因子、品质因子、茎叶因子、株型因子和产量因子。在育种过程中,应考虑这5个主因子及其相关性,进行合理选育。结果表明,17个国内外品种被分为5类,国内品种农艺性状突出,而国外品种则在品质性状上表现出优越的性能。

摘  要：
All the 17 alfalfa varieties were surveyed and studied on the agronomic and qualitative characters in field and lab among 2006-2008 years.The characters were analysed and the varieties were evaluated by factor analysis and clustering analysis.Ten main characters can be concluded five factors,growth factors,qualitative factors,stem/leaf factors,plant factors and yield factors.The five factors and their correlation were selected for breeding research.The results showed that the 17 varieties can be divided into five kinds.The agronomic characters of the domestic varieties was better,while the overseas varieties performanced better on qualitative characters.
