双水相萃取芡实多糖工艺研究

摘  要:
目的:探究聚乙二醇/硫酸铵双水相体系萃取芡实中多糖成分的最佳条件。方法:以双水相系统的相比、分配系数、收率等为参数,探究了聚乙二醇(PEG)的相对分子质量、PEG的质量分数以及硫酸铵质量分数对芡实多糖在两相系统中的分配行为的影响。结果:萃取最佳条件为PEG分子量为6 000、硫酸铵质量分数为20.6%、PEG6000质量分数为15.7%。结论:聚乙二醇/硫酸铵双水相提取方法可减少加工过程中对多糖成分的破坏。

Objective!!"To Apply the aqueous two-phase system of polyethylene glycol( PEG) / ammonium sulfate to discuss the extraction of polysaccharide in Euryale ferox seed. !!!!"Method!!"We used the ratio of volume of two phases,the distribution coefficient and the yield as parameters to explore the impact of the molecular weight of the PEG,mass fraction of ammonium sulfate and PEG on distribution behavior of polysaccharide of Euryale ferox seed by two-phase extraction. !!!!"Result!!"The best extraction condition was that the molecular weight of the quality of the PEG 6000,the mass fraction of ammonium sulfate 20. 6% and the mass fraction of PEG 6000 15. 7%.
