壳聚糖对克氏原螯虾抗低温应激的影响

摘  要:
采用单因子试验设计方法,以克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)为研究对象,将试验分成阴性对照组、阳性对照组和3个试验组共5组,阴性对照组投喂基础饲料,饲养试验结束后不进行低温应激处理;阳性对照组投喂基础饲料,饲养试验结束后与试验组一起进行低温应激处理;3个试验组分别投喂在基础饲料中添加0.50%、1.00%、1.50%壳聚糖的试验饲料,室温下饲养2个月后测定克氏原螯虾血清中的葡萄糖含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活力,旨在探讨壳聚糖对克氏原螯虾抗低温应激的影响。结果表明,与阳性对照组相比,饲料中添加适量的壳聚糖均能降低处于低温应激下克氏原螯虾体内的血糖含量,提高血清中CAT和AKP活力,其中1.00%壳聚糖组血糖含量降低的幅度最大,0.50%壳聚糖组和1.00%壳聚糖组血清中CAT活力提高的幅度最大;0.50%壳聚糖组血清中AKP活力提高的幅度最大;但均未达到无应激水平。由此看来,在克氏原螯虾饲料中添加0.50%~1.00%的壳聚糖可以在一定程度上起到抵抗低温应激的作用。

摘  要:
Using one factor analytical method and Procambarus clarkii as test model,this study was divided into negative control group,positive control group and three experimental groups.The negative control group was fed control diet,and not low temperature stress after the feeding experiment;The positive control group was fed control diet,and treated with low temperature as the experimental groups;The three experimental groups were added 0.50%,1.00% and 1.50% chitosan in the control diet,after feeding two months at room temperature,the glucose level,CAT and AKP activity in Procambarus clarkii were tested to evalute the low temperature antistress effect of chitosan.The results showed that chitosan in diet could decrease glucose content and increase the AKP,CAT activity in serum,and adding 1.00% chitosan could most decrease glucose content and increase the CAT activity,0.50% chitosan addition could most increase the AKP activity,but no stress levels reached.So that,the supplement with 0.50% to 1.00% chitosan in diet could enhance antistress of low temperature of Procambarus clarki.
