正丙醇分离蛋氨酸铬中无机铬的研究

摘  要:
文章开发了评估蛋氨酸铬品质的有效方法,即利用无机铬能溶于正丙醇而蛋氨酸铬不能溶于正丙醇的原理,采用正丙醇将蛋氨酸铬中游离铬分离出来,测得的游离铬占总铬含量的比例即能很好反映蛋氨酸铬的螯合程度。此方法对高含量蛋氨酸原粉和低含量的成品都有效,不过对于低含量多矿中的蛋氨酸铬,需控制好合适称样量。

摘  要:
An effective method of aassessing the quality of chromium methionine was reported. Basedon the theory that inorganic chromium can dissovle in n-propanol but not organic chromium,the un-combined chromium in chromium methionine can be extracted by n-propanol. The ratio of free chro-mium to total chromium could reflet chelation degree. Both high content chromium methionine rawmaterial and low content final products could be measured through this method,whereas to the low con-tent mixed feeds, appropriate sufficient weight for measureing is necessary.
